the corporate tax arena. By combining my expertise, experience, energy and dedication, each client receives close personal and professional attention.
I have over 35 years of experience in the preparation of corporate, small business and individual U. S. federal and state as well as Canadian federal and provincial income tax returns. In addition, my experience includes extensive involvement in the handling U. S. and Canadian tax audits and appeals. I have also prepared studies related to the proper segregation of costs incurred in merger and acquisition activities for my clients and have experience in the areas of property tax and sales and use tax preparation, audits and appeals. My high standards, focus on timely service, and unique background differentiate my firm from others.
